Buried in my memories of glories past through filtered screens
That seem to tell my stories so much more vividly than I,
But all that I receive comes in a never-ending stream
And flooding in I try to catch it but it keeps on rushing by.

The cupfuls that I saved I'm dropping in amongst the waves,
To let them swill around and mingle with the oceans of my life.
Standing at the junction I was absent from the scene,
Fixing down in pixels something right before my eyes.
